What insurances do you accept?

We accept almost all PPO dental insurances. Please contact us if you have any concerns.

No insurance? No problem.

Stephen's Family Dentistry is proud to present The Smile Plan.  Any patient who does not have dental insurance is eligible for membership.

Dental Prospect Plan: $189.00 Annual Fee

Two comprehensive exams by the Doctor in a 12 month period, two professional cleanings in a 12 month period(excludes scaling/deep cleaning), medical history review, blood pressure screening, oral cancer screening, one full set of cavity detecting xrays (Includes: 1 Panorex, 4 Bitewings, and 3 Periapical (PA) of front teeth), and 20 % off any dental treatment. (Note: This does exclude crowns, dentures, bridges & implants.)

Our Dental Convenient Plan: $98.00 Annual Fee

One comprehensive oral exam, one professional cleaning, medical history review, blood pressure screening, oral cancer screening, one full set of cavity detecting xrays (Includes: 1 panorex, 4 bitewings, and 3 periapical(PA) of front teeth)

The Smile Plan membership is renewable on a yearly basis.  Membership is non-refundable and all benefits are useable only in the 12-month period after the membership is paid in full.  Care Credit does not apply.  There are no exceptions to this policy.  Since the Smile Plan entitles our members to a generous discount of 20%, we also require that all treatments be paid for in full at the time of service.

What other payment options do you accept?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and also healthcare credit cards, e.g. Care Credit. Care Credit has a user friendly website and easy application (https://www.carecredit.com/). Our staff can help you if you have any questions.

Can I get a same-day appointment?

Please call us directly at (610) 586-0190 if you have a dental emergency requiring a same-day appointment. We do our best to accommodate our patients' needs.
